A New Society

With AI displacing a huge proportion of the workforce, the economy will become, by necessity, more entrepreneurial. That’s more bodegas, more day care centers, more landscaping businesses, and all manner of small local enterprises where the workers are the owners, and their clients are their neighbors. That’s a new (and also very old) societal arrangement. It’s local, it’s personal, and it’s decentralized. We believe agency belongs in calloused hands.

A free workshop series and an AI chatbot trained on our content. No commitment. No cost. A low-barrier place to start.

Before the cohort, we plan together.

The eight-week cohort doesn't start cold. It starts with three free sessions where you test your idea, put AI to work, and help design the syllabus you're about to take.

Day 1

Start with your assumptions. Come with a lean canvas (or build one with us on the spot). We'll surface the assumptions your business idea is standing on, and figure out how to validate — or kill — them fast. Leave with a clear minimum viable product.

Day 2

Put AI to work. Building on Day 1, we'll use AI live, in the room, to test those assumptions and get closer to a real model. Come to Day 1 first — this session builds directly on it.

Day 3

Build the cohort with us. You tell us what you want to learn, and we design the curriculum around it — how much to focus on AI workflow automation versus brainstorming, what pace works, what structure makes sense. This is co-founders building the class they're about to take, together.
